Apprenticeships & Training
Great Energy is committed to developing employees through apprenticeship and training opportunities. Our in-house training partner, “Major Training," develops apprenticeship programs which are made up of in-class learning and on-the-job training.
We aim to have apprentices working at different stages throughout our entire business. Most apprenticeships are in the electrical and mechanical fields.
Great Energy is the systems integrator on the Heinzmann Digital Governor Equipment, therefore our workforce is highly trained and experienced through all aspects of power generation. We offer, arrange and support similar training to our clients and their workforce.
